For a global leader in the human resources industry we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the branding and content team and support the company in achieving its goals, thanks to national and regional marketing planning and coordination with the branches and brands as well as proactive management of the branding budget.

Your tasks

In this position you will report to the Vice President Marketing and Communication and you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the content marketing strategy on all channels, proactive lead generation on B2C and B2B side, and provision and development of sales materials via internal platforms and organization of sales promotion measures with corresponding budget responsibility. In addition, you will take care of:

  • Leading the branding team
  • Planning and coordinating national and regional marketing activities
  • Ensuring and maintaining a customer-oriented culture
  • Positioning the marketing department on a national level in terms of quality and strategy
  • Supporting sales to optimally implement and achieve goals and commercial requirements
  • Close cooperation within the MarCom department, Marketing Operations and Sales
  • Close cooperation and coordination with our headquarters
  • Close cooperation with the Swiss leadership team and decentralized branches of various company brands
  • Participation in regional, national and international meetings within company

What you bring

You have concluded a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences (marketing, business administration, etc.) and in addition you offer:

  • Several years of experience in marketing and customer experience
  • Very good experience in content marketing, storytelling and marketing automation
  • Knowledge in data analysis, Excel; Salesforce is an advantage
  • Solution-oriented, independent working style
  • Pragmatic approach and focus on the essential
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Project management
  • German at native level, with good English and French skills in both speaking and writing.
