In view of our continued global growth, we are recruiting a Senior Medical Excellence Managerat our headquarters and biotech production site in Geneva. Reporting to the Head of Global Medical Affairs, your mission is to implement, enable, harmonize and optimize Medical Affairs processes and related tools.

Your Main Responsibilities Are As Follows
  • Lead the Medical Information function to ensure high quality and timely answers to medical inquiries
  • Implement and/or maintain (new) systems (CRM, Veeva Vault MedComms) and tools into business processes in the Medical Affairs function
  • Develop, implement and maintain Medical Affairs processes to measure the impact and value (KPIs, metrics, insights, monthly, quarterly reports) of medical affairs activities, including MSL function
  • Ensure that OM Partners have access to high quality materials for all key brands, which includes but is not limited to training decks and CME programs
  • Develop, implement and update SOPs and processes dedicated to Medical Affairs, and ensure training for all relevant functions assigned via the LMS system
  • Create and disseminate monthly reports (medical information, literature reports) to track progress and measure impact of medical activities and deliverables

To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
  • Scientific educational background (Master’s or PhD) in the field of Life Sciences
  • Solid experience in Medical Affairs (regional and or global) including at least 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry and experience specific to Medical Information, Medical Operations and Excellence
  • Good understanding of clinical development processes, commercial and regulatory needs within the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Entrepreneurial spirit (“can do approach”)
  • Business fluency in English, with, ideally, good knowledge in French and/or German

You describe yourself as a dynamic, proactive, and entrepreneurial person, who feels comfortable in complex and cross-functional environments and thinks ‘out-of-the box’. Endowed with good analytical and communication skills, you are solution-oriented and apply a pragmatic mindset. You are able to understand challenges from multiple perspectives and rely on your strong organization/planning project management skills to prioritise and make things move forward.
