We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile App UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, and the latest design trends and technologies. As a Senior Mobile App UI/UX Designer, you will create exceptional mobile app designs and build and lead a design team.   • Creation of intuitive and user-friendly designs to provide an excellent user experience
  • Development of a strong design system and style guide for ensuring consistency and scalability of the design
  • Designing interactions that are intuitive and easy to use, including things like gestures, animations, and transitions.
  • Building and leading a design team, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality work delivery
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients
  • Conducting user research and using analytics to make data-driven design decisions
  • Strategic thinking to align design decisions with business goals and objectives
  • Project management, including task prioritization, timeline and budget management, and progress tracking
  • Possessing a good understanding of development languages and platforms for ensuring technically feasible and efficient implementation of designs
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in mobile app UI/UX design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, creativity, and problem-solving ability
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Interaction Design or a related field is preferred
