Tasks
  • Ensure that the order booking and revenue generation are executed in line with best practices and HITACHI ENERGY policies
  • Own the Repair Process, execution of repairs and coordination along with the different suppliers including repair reporting and coordination of quality problems/ recall of the products
  • Execute demo equipment deliveries in coordination with internal departments
  • Solve customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams
  • Proactively informs customers about issue status based on inputs, and clarifies any questions
  • Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process
Requirements
  • Economical degree with relevant specific certificates
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the area of order handling, order management, customer relationship management
  • Good knowledge about processes, tools, products, Office and SAP REIWA
  • German and English language skill are required
  • Team player and organizational talent
