Job Overview
  • Be the champion of the assigned project portfolio and drive project launch success through ensuring the right projects at the right time in line with the strategic roadmap
  • Define and manage operational strategy for the assigned portfolio of projects/programs
  • Manage Projects/Program of defined key growth areas
  • Oversee projects related to assigned portfolio but managed by other project managers
  • Drive financial/operational results of the assigned projects/program
  • Devise strategies to improve time-to-market, time-to-volume and superior financial results
  • Initiate and conduct peer reviews for the assigned projects at risk and partner with appropriate functions and customers to take appropriate actions.
  • Overall responsibility for planning and managing assigned projects/program and customers
What Your Background Should Look Like
  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or another related field.
  • 10+ years of experience managing complex projects in a global setting
  • Possesses advanced skills in communication, influence without authority, cross-cultural awareness, negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Possesses financial and business acumen
  • Expert level of competency in project management tools & product life cycle processes
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
  • Solid understanding on Engineering tools, PLM, EC, EBOM preferred
  • Six sigma or kaizen experience, Green belt is a plus.
  • Data mining, experience with Tableau/power BI is a plus
  • Excellent in English (verbal/written)
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, storytelling
  • Willing to travel domestic and international up to 25-35%
