Our client is a Biopharmaceutical company

You will have the opportunity to work in different labs and execute tasks at the development scale to ensure the smooth technology transfer of the drug product process at larger scale. You will also have the opportunity to manage and represent one to several project(s) (antibody program) with regard to the Formulation and Drug Product Development, within the related CMC team.

Your Responsibilities :
  • Develop and execute lyophilization cycle recipes development to ensure successful GMP Drug product manufacture at CMO site.
  • Organize external studies (in CRO) and analyse provided results
  • Perform and/or supervise laboratory preparations and manipulations for the drug product process development for a new biologic (filtration, mixing, pumping, hold time, forced degradation study).
  • Interaction with CMO for Drug Product manufacturing during tech transfer and during different phases of drug product development.
  • Execute protocols and studies in a timely manner
  • Perform the required analysis of samples (training will be provided).
  • Organize and follow the relevant stability studies as planned.
  • Act as a project representant on behalf of the Formulation and Drug Product development team for one to several antibody programs.
  • Report results of work carried out in written and oral format to the Line manager and Project manager as necessary.
  • Perform other relevant duties as required.

Your profile :
  • PhD in analytical, pharmaceutical, chemistry or biochemistry with at least 2 years of industrial experience or MSc in a related field with minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Previous successful experience in lyophilization cycle development for biologics at low concentration (< 5 mg/mL) and high concentration (> 50 mg/mL)
  • Experience in protein analytics such as Karl Fisher, A280, pH, DLS, osmolality
  • Ability to work with flexibility in a changing and demanding environment.
  • Fluent in English and good command on written English is required; French is a plus.
  • Good communication skills
