WHO YOU ARE
As Service Fulfilment Operations Developer, you will be part of the Customer Fulfilment (CFF) Team, which is a fundamental part in making IKEA multichannel retailing a reality managing the operations regarding our services providers. To support IKEA in achieving business objectives, CFF acts as a fully integrated, process-oriented organisation with an end-to-end approach to develop our business and deliver results across functions together with our partners.

• You have either a university degree in logistics, economics or business administration or relevant work experience.
• You have good leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• You have excellent social skills and are used to meeting and interacting with internal and external business partners.
• You have excellent presentation, analytical and numerical skills.
• You have strong computer skills with a very high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• You are used to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• You are flexible in time and tasks, have a pro-active attitude and good presentation skills.
• You speak German and English fluenty, a level French and/or Italian can be an added value.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Close contact with the stores, the contact center, central warehouse and external service providers for last mile delivery and services to develop the business is one of the key assignments.
• Securing high performing daily operations connected to service fulfilment via the assigned service partner(s) or partners in an assigned geographical area.
• Ensuring excellence in operations and quality under the scope of Service Fulfilment on the market in order to exceed customer expectations, provide a seamless shopping experience and a great quality in meeting the customers.
• Responsible for short-, mid-term and long-term operational development of assigned existing service partners.
• Contributing to the negotiations and drive cost development of the Service Fulfilment function by working with the assigned service partner(s) or partner(s) in an assigned geographical area.
• Securing efficiency and implementing improvements on the market in cooperation with relevant stakeholders throughout the organisation to reach excellence in execution and exceed customer expectations.
• Contributing with both knowledge and expertise to optimal multichannel development and tendering activities as well as to all matrices, global initiatives and competence networks.
• Contributing to the work of the Operations Specialist with relevant input regarding IT solutions to secure that IT solutions are maintained and updated.
