You as Site IT Manager will be part of multi-national team of Region, Country and Site IT Managers and report to the Country IT Manager. In this role, you ensure the business satisfaction with all IT services delivered to the Lenzburg site, by orchestrating the service delivery towards the local business, assessing expectations, making sure actions are taken to close any gaps, and influencing stakeholder perceptions of IT services.

Your Responsibilities

• You orchestrate the delivery of IT solutions, services and support towards the local site and act as a single point of contact for the local business and managers in your area of responsibility
• Moreover you actively manage the business relationships with senior stakeholders, assess expectations, identifiy gaps, and assure delivery quality, to increase customer satisfaction
• You closely collaborate with Business Process Owners to map (consolidated) business demand to existing or new IT solutions
• You support budgeting activities and manages assigned budget effectively and delivers activities within agreed schedules and costs
• Furthermore you partner with Global Business Unit IT Managers, global IT functions, peer IT managers and 3rd party suppliers, to ensure that the delivery of IT services in your area of responsibility follows criteria’s of efficiency, effectiveness, quality, compliancy and security
• You ensure the implementation, management, maintenance and optimization of internal IT and cross-functional processes related to IT service delivery or IT service demand
• If required, you take over control owner and / or performer for SOX controls and / or application manager role for distinct applications in your area of responsibility
  
  

Your background

• Degree in management or information / computer science (University degree, or equivalent)
• Swiss work permit
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT management position
• Result driven, pro-active personality, with hands on attitude
• Analytical thinking, ability to deal with complex processes and scenarios
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (including senior mgt.)
• Fluent in German and English
