What you’ll do:

As part of the Business Line in charge of EV charging infrastructure, Energy Storage and Microgrid, directly reporting to the PMO Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of the NPD Program(s) and projects and appropriate budget allocation. Lead the Integrated Product Team(s) to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and life of the program financial performance by managing customer programs, contracts, and business relationships.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage the Profit and Loss of NPD projects.
  • Assure overall accountability project scope definition WBS, IMS schedule (critical path, milestone adherence), budget (NRC and RC), and project life cycle. Assure successful project execution aligned with budget, schedule, technical, and quality objectives for all deliverables.
  • Execute Integrated Product Team leadership across the Project. Seeks team input to promote rapid resolution to issues. Coach and provide feedback and rewards on performance indicators
  • Establish objectives, goals and provide direction to the program and project teams in areas of customer concerns, potential changes in scope and risk assessment.
  • Manage effective project communications and improve organization responsiveness to customer requirements. Manage customer expectations and commitments internal to the business
  • Ensure standard program management processes are utilized and adequate support to the program and project teams by coordinating PM reviews, preparing & publishing PM metrics
  • Maintain metrics for program, cost, quality, technical performance, and delivery through all of the project phases.
  • Manage risks, opportunities, and issues through a strong and proactive ROI management process throughout the entire lifetime of the project.
  • Ensure effective change / scope management process is applied.
  • Ensure that efficient project resource management is applied with clear roles & responsibility assignments for the team.
  • Provide regular program/project updates of current situation relating to milestones, project costs and problem/high risk areas. Provide updates to the business units as well as divisional, and sector levels.
  • Coordinate and monitor project technical personnel across multiple sites
  • Assess and determines opportunities for agile project deliverables and alignment of milestones accordingly.
  • Participate to the Elevated scrum meeting as a stakeholder
  • Synchronize output of multiple SCRUM teams working across multiple products

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Engineering (with Electrical, Control Systems or Software Development focus) or Business
  • Relevant working experience managing projects in a technical environment, full product lifecycle, preferred focus to Electrical New Product Development
  • Strong track record in successful project governance, from planning, setting up and tracking KPIs, identifying preventive and corrective actions
  • Project management certification is highly desired, with exposure to scrum and waterfall methodologies
  • Strong leadership skills, able to coach, drive and align project teams (local and virtual) to project objectives in a matrix-type environment

  • Proficient in MSProject, knowledge in Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence) desired, knowledge in any PPM software is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written, ease to effectively report to senior management level and customers
