What you’re going to do

Are you a professional with a strong background in sales and customer engagement, eager to delve into the innovative fields of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM)? Adnovum is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Executive for our digital identity, managed service and SaaS offerings, where your sales acumen and client relationship skills are required in steering our solutions to success. You will be responsible for the following tasks:


  • Lead the sales journey from qualifying opportunities to closing deals, leveraging your expertise in customer interactions and negotiations
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to effectively market our various IAM services and solutions, using your skills in sales strategy and customer communication
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the IAM/PAM space, translating these insights into sales strategies and customer-focused value propositions
  • Guide the development of the IAM/PAM service and solution roadmap, ensuring it aligns with both market trends and customer needs, leveraging your understanding of client requirements
  • Skillfully manage and cultivate relationships with partners in collaboration with our partner manager and leverage these partnerships to enhance our IAM solutions and offerings

What we’re looking for

  • Diploma in business, business informatics, or similar background
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in sales and customer relationship management, ideally in the technology or cybersecurity sectors
  • Basic technical knowledge, familiarity with IAM solutions and their industry applications is beneficial
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients and internal teams
  • A knack for innovative thinking and strategic planning in dynamic market environments, with a focus on customer-centric solutions
  • Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions seamlessly into client offerings
  • Very good command of German and English, French is a plus
