S&OP Specialist – Pharmaceutical - Canton de Vaud

As a Sales and Operations Planning specialist, your mission will be to :

Responsabilities:

Principal contact for topics related to demand & supply planning process, orders, inventory

Work with clinical trial supply and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment of drug substance

Contribute to scenario analysis and relevant stakeholders

Contribute to implementation of demand & supply planning process, identification, and implementation of associated tools and/or software, and actively participate to process improvement

Coordinate all logistics activities related to product shipments with internal and external partners

Facilitate demand and supply review process to ensure continuous product supply

Monitor and manage performance across the S&OP process

Facilitate communication to resolve cross-functional issues by coordinating with all functional heads and elevating issues to the executive for resolutions as needed

Work closely with pharmaceutical development team and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment of drug substance, drug product and supply plans across global Supply Chain for the programs

Update the inventory plan periodically: provide complete view of inventory context, expected demand, predicted lead times, and overall variability of demand and supply

Provide supply planning attributes to build mid- and long-term supply plan: safety stock, vendor performance,

Consolidate associated budget overview and financial adjustment based on assumptions

Manage master data (vendor data..), create purchase orders, check invoices, update periodically the valuation of inventories, and provide data to relevant stakeholders

Manage departmental budget with head of department

Coordination of complex travel arrangement with staff across departments

Provide support to the preparation of nondisclosure agreement in collaboration with the requestor, legal and external partners.

Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for continuous improvements to the S&OP process

Profile:

At least 5 years of experience in Supply chain or operations in a pharmaceutical environment in clinical is mandatory

Deep understanding of supply chain functions, leading practices, and issues

You already work cross-functionally in a pharmaceutical environment

English fluent, French is not mandatory

Extensive knowledge of S&OP process

Good negotiator, listener, and communicator

Good problem-solving skills; able to find “out-of-the-box” solutions
