To support our growing finance team in Cham, we are looking for an experienced Specialist, Contract Management & Commercial Operations.

Location: Cham’s office

The role

• Lead quotation process partnering with Commercial Operations and Business Development
• Serve as value pricing leader by preparing pricing proposals for BU discussion and approval
• Provide support to Business Development team members on strategy and negotiation of quotations and Agreements
• Cooperate with Business Development, Legal, and Commercial Operations for negotiation of Development Agreements and Commercial Supply Agreements
• Appropriately file and track quotations, Agreements and scope changes to ensure that relevant provisions are captured (e.g., fees, price increases, KPIs, forecasts, PO, renewals) and that contract obligations are fulfilled
• In coordination with the Commercial Operations teams at the sites, collaborate for extensions of existing contract for Catalent Cham
• Coordinate intercompany processes for development and technology transfer work
• Administer Agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
• Act as key point of contact for the contractual relationships with Catalent Cham customers (existing and new) and ensure that a superior level of communication occurs between Catalent Cham teams, the customers and EU Sites
  
  

The candidate

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, commercial or scientific studies
• Experience in a pharmaceutical company or CDMO/CRO
• Experience in a contract analyst, inside sales, or commercial role
• Experience with quotation
• Good communication and capability to influence stakeholders
• Very good command of English (verbal and written)
• A “can-do” attitude to work.
• Be a team player.
• Must be flexible and willing to change/learn new tasks
