Your ‘day to day’

As a Sr. Manager Program Quality Management, you will act as Quality representative for the assigned innovation program(s) mobilizing cross functional resources to ensure that Quality targets are met, Program risks are managed, Quality deliverables are accomplished, and to ensure Compliance with applicable internal / external requirements.

More specifically, you’ll
  • Drive risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation activities for full program ecosystem
  • Provide regular updates, reporting and communication on program risks to ensure visibility, escalation, and resolution in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that Quality compliance requirements are integrated from early design phases and throughout the development stages.
  • Secure timely completion and reliability of Quality deliverables as per innovation stage gate process coordinating with relevant Quality units
  • Coordinate Quality target setting and Quality planning with subject-matter-experts ensuring cross functional awareness and involvement of all streams leads in Quality activities.
  • Facilitate design and implementation of processes needed for an effective post-launch hyper-care program in close collaboration with Program lead and team members
  • Drive Quality culture and mindset across program streams, and standardization and continuous improvement of Quality practices.
Who we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering, specialization in Quality management is a plus.
  • Substantial experience in Quality management and/or new product development lifecycle in consumer goods or regulated industry. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in international Quality standards (GxP, ISO, etc).
  • Experience in project/program management and risk management preferably applied in new product development projects.
  • Highly collaborative, integrator, strong communicator, and influencer with strong business awareness.
  • Sound analytical/problem solving skills, and ability to work in a multifaceted organization/fast-paced environment
  • Technical writing skills, ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
