Pharma Technical Supply Chain (PTS) connects the different parts of Roche to ensure reliable supply of our innovative medicines. We ensure worldwide supply to patients and partner across Pharma to develop and execute agile product lifecycle and network strategies. We design and optimize end-to-end Supply Chains from materials to product throughout the whole product life-cycle.

Are you interested to start a new challenge?

We are looking for post-graduates for our rotational development program “Start Supply Chain”. Over the course of 24 months, you will be working in global cross-functional teams and contribute to different Pharma Supply Chain projects at Roche. The position will be based at the Headquarter in Basel. In addition to on- and off-the job training we offer you the opportunity to rotate to a site for approx. 3 month (if no travel restrictions are in place). A Senior Supply Chain Leader will be mentoring you during the 2 years.

During these 2 years you will get exposure to Supply Chain core processes, global experience and cross-cultural understandings. An enhanced knowledge of the Roche Pharmaceuticals business and product portfolio will give you advanced readiness for Supply Chain roles.


Profile

You are a compassionate Supply Chain post-graduate with an excellent academic background. You are eager to learn in a multicultural, international environment and working within different areas (like Demand / Supply Planning, Logistics, Data & Analytics,..) of Supply Chain Management in a global context excites you. As a fast learner you actively drive the quality of requirements, integrate well into different cultures, teams and business settings and are able to share and serve our Roche values of integrity, courage and passion.

Qualification

• Recent Graduate in Supply Chain Management (Master).

• Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to interact at all levels of the organization with executives and senior leaders

• Fast- learner , passionate about continually adapting your skills and knowledge .

• Strong interpersonal, analytical and intercultural awareness

• Project Management experience

• Fluent in English. German or any other additional language is a plus
