Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in e-commerce.
  • Experience in agreements, partner management, or product management in an internet or technology environment.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience managing a portfolio of partners to achieve product objectives, operational efficiency, and partner satisfaction goals.
  • Ability to navigate and thrive within an ambiguous and evolving product area, while engaging large partners in a quickly-changing landscape.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans.

You possess strong relationship-building skills and are apt to work effectively with Google’s partners, in order to best represent our users, products and programs and drive growth.

Google’s Global Partnerships (GP) team creates extraordinary user experiences through partnerships that solve users’ needs, advance our partners’ goals, and further Google’s mission. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our partners. Within GP, the SGCA (Search, Geo, Commerce, and Ads) Partnerships Team manages content partnerships and actions integrations for Google’s products.

In this role, you will be leading the partnership strategy and execution to enhance existing experiences and unlock features.

Our team provides meaningful solutions — from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop regional data acquisition partnership strategy.
  • Execute on partnerships, including working cross-functionally to develop partner narratives, building external relationships, leading meetings with partners, and managing partnerships end-to-end.
  • Lead data integrations, co-marketing, and other partnership agreements, including commercial agreements. This includes, but not limited to content licensing and product integrations.
  • Collaborate with teams to define partnerships goals and partner incentives, develop go-to-market plans, launch products and features, improve product offerings, and identify product-enabling partnership opportunities.
  • Play an active role in internal and external communication of goals and achievements, and influence product roadmap by providing both regional market and industry insights.
