About The Job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It’s your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Our goal is to build a Google that looks like the world around us — and we want Googlers to stay and grow when they join us. As part of our efforts to build a Google for everyone, we build diversity, equity, and inclusion into our work and we aim to cultivate a sense of belonging throughout the company.

As the Strategic Partnerships Lead for Google EMEA’s Diversity Recruiting team, you will be responsible for aligning key partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) aligned to Google’s Recruiting priorities. In this role, you will set structures and manage agreements for how partners and organizations can best work with Google’s Recruiting team with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Reporting to the Head of Diversity Recruiting for Google EMEA, you will make strategic recommendations on which partners in which markets offer sustained and mutually beneficial relationships and brand recognition. You will also partner closely with Google EMEA’s Talent Engagement team to isolate priority markets and partners for Google’s events presence throughout the year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners and organizations across EMEA focused on underrepresented groups in technology.
  • Manage key partners to develop mutually beneficial agreements, relationships, and branding initiatives to enhance Google EMEA’s brand and recruiting outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Google EMEA’s Recruiting organization and key stakeholders to identify priority markets for relationship building.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to positively impact Google EMEA’s brand in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) industry.
  • Establish clear partner guidelines and manage a portion of Google’s DEI Recruiting budget to allocate funds to key organizations, year over year.
