We’re looking for a Co - Stream Product Lead for Be a Client of UBS across P&C and GWM division to:

  • build, drive and innovate the entire client journeys across all client segments from Prospecting, to Onboarding, to Servicing/Maintenance and lastly also covering Client Offboarding jointly with your Stream Technical Lead and your Co-Stream Lead
  • own (together with the Stream Technical Lead and Co-Stream Lead) the overall quality of the stream’s products and journeys, satisfaction of clients and internal consumers, commercial and non-commercial outcomes and operational health
  • work in close collaboration with all client segments to jointly develop, renew and implement a seamless market leading proposition for the holistic onboarding theme
  • formulate the stream’s long-term vision, mission, strategy and road-map to define quarterly objectives and key results as well as representing the stream in the quarterly business review
  • lead the crews in the stream in agile practices, empowering and developing crew members, and striving for continuous improvement whilst making space for learning and innovation
  • interact with clients and internal consumers to understand their needs and assess market fit, analyze the business context and competitor landscape
  • line manage Crew Product Lead and potential other Stream or Crew level roles
  • partner closely with the Stream Technical Lead, aligned businesses and control functions across streams and divisions

In our agile operating model, Streams are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass in this stream 7 Crews with 50 autonomous Pods. You’ll be leading the Be a Client of UBS stream from a product side out of Switzerland

Your expertise

  • strong product leadership skills and innovation drive paired with a solid understanding of main technical application, infrastructure and Front-to-Back processes of a large financial institution
  • ability to focus on “problem to solve” and solutions and outcome from the perspective of the user
  • several years of experience with a significant budget and people responsibility. focus on client centricity and commercial success
  • outstanding leadership skills promoting a diverse, inclusive and motivating environment for employees with autonomy to deliver, mastery of skills and purposeful work
  • data-driven and analytical mindset to understand the business context, drive transparency and make the right decisions
  • ability to drive change across the organization and influence key stakeholders
