The
Digital Excellence (DEx) team is responsible for enabling and enhancing Roche’s customer-centered digital strategy for launch excellence and engagement with customers by unlocking the value of digital through data & customer insights. The DEx team will serve as an agile expertise hub within Roche to amplify ideas and outputs that address enterprise-wide topics such as digital customer experience strategy; digital marketing channels & techniques; digital content strategy, digital solution development & management; marketing automation; personalization; digital marketing technology tools and platforms; and digital collaboration / community platforms. The team will also play a major role in elevating digital knowledge / skills and building a community across global functions, within prioritized countries (affiliates) and to guide the wider Enterprise which is the emphasis of this position.

In this position, you will

• Develop a culture and environment where the digital network can thrive through community building and training programs as well as for non experts so they can engage in digital
• Provide a deep understanding of trends, competitors, and how new technologies (ex Chatbots) can be leveraged to enhance digital marketing at Roche from experiment to scaling broadly
• Stay abreast of market evolutions and dynamics regarding Roche’s position in industry and key customer channels, as well as market evolutions and dynamics impacting the digital community
• Ensure an environment that supports creativity and innovation
• Provide strong communication and presentation skills to facilitate complex meetings or situations

Who you are

You are an ambitious student who is currently enrolled in business, quantitative or communications studies (preferably advanced studies with a marketing specialty).

Moreover, you are

• Ideally experienced in the practical application of digital marketing using agile techniques -from experiments through to scaling from and to global to local
• A strong communicator and presenter able to facilitate complex meetings and situations
• A person who works systematically and precisely and brings a high level of initiative as well as a dedicated attitude while applying your creativity and energy
• A proactive and transparent team player
• Excellent interpersonal skills to drive alignment among cross-functional and global teams
• Proficient in English (and a second language like German is a plus)
