Your role

Are your keen on driving transformation? Ready for working in an agile environment? Up for corporate banking? We’re looking for someone like that to:
help us implement our digital strategy
  • support our client advisors with state of the art sales processes and tools
  • work on projects in the field of digital transformation, sales enablement, training and people transformation, sustainability, communication, risk management or pricing and reporting methodology
  • be part of agile project teams and develop and implement small projects autonomously
  • work with a variety of stakeholders across business areas and divisions
  • organize meetings and prepare project presentations for different management levels

Internship
Our 8 to 10-week summer internships starting in July is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.

From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team

You’ll be working in the CIC Business Management team in Zurich. We not only ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, but also ensure the sustainable and future-oriented development of the corporate and institutional clients business in an increasingly competitive industry. We are responsible for developing and fostering the implementation of our strategy and manage a portfolio of digitization projects applying agile working methodologies. Additionally we work on sales management, communication, people transformation, risk management as well as pricing & analytics to support the corporate and institutional clients segments. The exact assignment plan will be defined, depending on the upcoming projects as well as the interests and skills of the candidate.

Your expertise

You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • know-how gained from experience (or internship) in the area of banking, consulting, communication or project management
  • sharp analytical and problem solving skills
  • an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
  • a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
  • excellent German and English (written and oral)
