As a member of our Workcenter you will be part of the development and commissioning of new manufacturing systems in fully automated production cells and will sustain the operation of the systems already in place. You will build cross-functional teams enabling the implementation of our Industry 4.0 vision and contribute to our overall production performance. • Responsible for the integration of fully automated production cells in our manufacturing operations management tools and networks (Manufacturing execution system MES, Enterprise connectivity solution ECS, Database etc)
• Define and implement IT/OT requirements
• Sustain and troubleshoot the systems in place
• Define the business requirements for continuous improvement of the interfaces between machines and system and implement the improvement
• Teamwork with the factory automation system department and the automation and robotics team

Your background

• Solid degree (BSc / MSc) or thorough professional training in information technology, systems engineering or related discipline with strong focus on equipment and productions integration
• Good understanding of production requirements (high level specification) and OT/IT interface definition (low level specification) and the ability to interact with both levels in terms of specification
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems and respective interfaces is desirable
• Fluency in German and English
• Quick learning ability and shown hands-on mentality
• Good communicator with a highly collaborative approach to work at an interface position between internal customers, service providers, external equipment suppliers and product customers with sophisticated request concerning data availability and exchange
