SYSTEM ENGINEER

On behalf of one of our clients, a Swiss single family office in Lucerne, Swisslinx is searching for a System Engineer to join the Office on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role as the IT department is expanding. They are looking for a capable all-rounder who brings hands-on experience in user support as well as system maintenance.

SYSTEM ENGINEER

On behalf of one of our clients, a Swiss single family office in Lucerne, Swisslinx is searching for a System Engineer to join the Office on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role as the IT department is expanding. They are looking for a capable all-rounder who brings hands-on experience in user support as well as system maintenance.

Duties and responsibilities will include (but not limited to)
  • Installation, maintenance and configuration of IT workstations (Windows & iOs with Microsoft Endpoint Manager)
  • Maintenance of PC and business applications
  • First level user support
  • Support for existing collaboration solutions such as MS Teams and SharePoint
  • Preparation and implementation of training programs
  • Assistance with the maintenance and administration of the Microsoft 365 environment
  • Participation in the customizing and further development of business applications with VBA, Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Project support
  • Participation in the maintenance and monitoring of the IT systems
  • Monitoring/securing backups
Qualifications And Experience
  • Completed IT training and/or corresponding MS Azure certification
  • Hands-on experience in user support
  • Experience in MS265 administration
  • Sound knowledge of Windows 10, Teams, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory
  • Knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate and MS Endpoint Manager is advantageous
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Independent and well-structured way of working, enthusiasm and team orientation
  • Distinct service orientation
