Accountabilities:

As a Life Science Recruiter you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging the best possible talent for both open job positions and forecasted skill requirement areas across Biopharma & Medtech segments. Key duties will include:

• Support of demanding recruitment mandates and ensuring a smooth recruitment process (including headhunting/active sourcing, preparation and publication of job advertisements, assessment of incoming applications, conducting interviews, etc.).
• Advising our candidates and clients on all recruitment issues including salary negotiations.
• Proactively sourcing candidates using different methods (eg. Market mapping, job boards, social networking sites, advanced AI sourcing tools) to establish strong candidate pipelines for open roles and talent pools.
• Screen candidates’ resumes against role requirements, interview candidates to determine suitability and obtain required information.
• Update the recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS) so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity.
• Networking and sustainable expansion of your business contacts and develop an awareness of key accounts and their recruitment needs.
• Interacting with senior management team to develop effective sourcing strategies.

Our requirements:

• Commercial Education and / or completed studies in natural sciences, business administration, psychology (university, technical college) or similar. Even if you are still in further education, your application is welcome.
• Solid Life Sciences experience (Biopharma / Medtech
• On-site or MSP experience will be a plus
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
• High level of personal motivation and accountability
• Strong consulting skills and a high degree of service orientation
• Fluent in English is a must and an intermediate knowledge in German is very welcome
