The platform owner is a leader who is ultimately accountable for the Now Platform. As the Team Lead ServiceNow & Platform Owner you contribute with your expertise and commitment to the successful implementation at Axpo. In this role, you take responsibility and enjoy the freedom and flexibility to introduce and bring in your own ideas.

Team Lead ServiceNow & Platform Owner (f/m)

What you will do
  • You will create the overall roadmap and shape demand for enterprise platform consumption
  • You will lead, build and develop the ServiceNow platform team
  • You will work very closely with de executive sponsor of ServiceNow to get the strategic vision and direction
  • You will have the ownership and oversight of the ServiceNow instances, the core platform team and any escalations
  • You will be the technical leader/owner and architect for the overall ServiceNow Platform
What you bring & who you are
  • You have at least 4 years’ experience as a ServiceNow Architect and platform owner
  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in software project delivery management
  • You have a deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (ServiceNow Certification in systems administration)
  • You are a team leader in an international and multi-cultural environment
  • You are fluent in English (written/spoken), German is a plus
