Tasks

• Responsibility for the stable operation, administration and continuous development of our CRM (Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud)
• Interface to external & internal stakeholders (sales, support, marketing, etc.)
• Responsibility for the requirement management of new business requirements
• Carrying out functional tests and continuous development of stakeholders
• Ensuring efficient Q&A process and the necessary documentation
• Development of a CRM indicator system for continuous monitoring of the business
• Training of end users in the interpretation of CRM key figures
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor´s degree in business informatics or basic education with appropriate further training
• 2-3 years of professional experience in the areas of CRM and business analysis
• Programming skills in SQL
• Excellent Salesforce skills in the sales, service and marketing cloud
• Excellent conceptual skills and an analytical mindset
• High self-initiative, hands-on mentality, customer orientation and ability to work in a team
• Excellent communication skills in English, good knowledge in German
