FNZ Product and Technology Team is looking for a Technical Product Trainer for the FNZ Studio platform. FNZ Studio is a low-code development platform, which standardizes a wide variety of FSI processes and help increasing the quality and the speed of delivery for our clients.
Technical Product Trainers are expected to analyse and adopt new educational tools and techniques to create awareness and expertise about the platform, targeting internal resources, but also external customers and partners.
To be successful in this role, you will need to interact regularly with FNZ Studio Domain Leads, software engineers, your Product Education colleagues, and the rest of the stakeholders across the globe.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • learn and work on education in a product-oriented department
  • Become an expert on FNZ Studio technology, be the first adopter and thus an evangelist of new features
  • Meet different professionals with different backgrounds while delivering training sessions to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the product department to facilitate the feedback loop between the platform users and the development team.
  • Help improving the quality of development of solid and scalable FSI solutions that are globally adopted.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver instructor-led trainings across various channels, including e-learning, classroom courses, webinars and remote classes.
  • Create e-learning storyboards that our e-learning developers will transform to high-quality e-learning courses
  • Create short instructional videos on specific topics to be released periodically on our platform.
  • Collaborate in maintaining e-learning and instructor-led content up to date with the new platform releases.
  • Create small solutions to support training session (e.g. exercises, practical activities, etc.)
Requirements:
  • Excellent computer science knowledge with development experience at least in building POCs
  • Excellent speaker with strong pedagogical skills
  • Creative and resourceful when engaging with your audience.
  • Availability to Travel
  • Embrace Flexibility as a rule, as we are a global company
  • Organized and able to work in a team (including remotely)
  • Languages: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must; German, French, or Italian are a plus
