Customers and partners include international companies and institutions.

Tasks

As a Technical Sales Consultant you will be responsible for supporting an international customer base with a focus on Europe. As technical sales consultant you will support our customer to find the correct technical solution inside the wallee environment. You will also support our salesforce in the management of large accounts their new projects and of course help to support our most important partners. You will be part of a young team with a global focus.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Provide verbal and written technical support to internal and external customers in the Payment area (e-commerce and terminal).
  • You will accompany key accounts and partners in the introduction of wallee solutions on the market and ensure needs-oriented consulting and support. The focus is on the following channels: E-commerce using existing integrations, Terminal, Omnichannel customers in all verticals
  • You are the right arm of our account managers and help them with technical customer concerns to find solutions in the wallee universe together with the customer.
  • You are committed to improving customer and partner relationships and resolving potential issues in a timely and customer-focused manner
  • You know the customer’s technical needs and propose appropriate processes and solutions
  • You are able to explain complex technical information to the customer in an understandable way, to show them ways and processes
  • You maintain and develop the existing customer base with special focus on our key account customers
  • You are required to work closely with customer service, technical support, the sales department and end users
  • You introduce new products and make sure that all interfaces between Sales and Support are clearly defined and processes are clear.
Requirements
  • You communicate in English and German (verbally and in writing).
  • You are characterized by a high level of commitment and a results-oriented and independent way of working.
  • You can bring in your motivation and enthusiasm to work with international clients every day
  • At best, you already have experience in e-commerce or cashless payments
  • You have very good communication skills and are flexible to prove yourself in an exciting and constantly changing environment
