As Honeywell we are expanding our sales in Switzerland! and to strengthen our customer service, we are looking for a Technical Sales Representative for our location in Suhr or Basel

Tasks

Tasks:
  • Advising and selling Honeywell total solutions (project and service-related) for the areas of MSR and safety technology with existing customers, new customers and major projects, especially in the growth areas of Industry 4.0 and IoT.
  • Supporting and advising end customers, engineering firms and general contractors in the elaboration of technical solutions (Solutions in HVAC).
  • Conducting contract negotiations, systematic order tracking until the contract is completed, and handover to the execution department.
  • Strategic planning and monitoring of sales targets on the basis of the company targets.
  • Preparation of sales-related market/competition and risk analyses in the bidding phase, collaboration with the sales manager and project teams in the region.
  • Organizing sales campaigns and carrying out trade fairs and customer events.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Successfully completed studies or technical training in the field of automation, utilities or electrical engineering with good knowledge of building automation; alternatively IT consulting or facility management.
  • 4+ years of technical and commercial understanding, as well as industry knowledge.
  • Enjoyment of genuine and close customer care as well as the courage for new customer acquisition and marketing new products and innovative technology platforms.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as the ability to work under pressure
  • MS Office applications (use of CRM tool NEX/CPQ)
  • Good written and spoken English and Swiss German
