  • In cooperation with our customer or representatives, you will be responsible for the service, including installation supervision, commissioning and testing of our telecommunication systems tailored to the requirements of the global energy sector
  • Put the telecommunication products and systems environment into service and test the full functionality following Hitachi Energy commissioning instruction
  • Conduct Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and hand over the scope of supply to the customer or representatives
  • Troubleshoot telecommunication network incidents for our customers with service level agreements and conduct regular on call duties
  • Support our test field in Baden and gain knowledge about the latest technologies and products
  • Issue service reports and give feedback to project management and system engineering
Your background
  • Successful degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, ideally with specialized knowledge in Telecommunication or IT
  • Sound knowledge of modern IP based telecommunication technologies
  • Good command in English and German, both verbal and written
  • Flexibility and great communication skills as well as interests in working within an international and multicultural environment
  • Willingness to travel about 60% of your time
  • In the end you will surely convince us with great problem solving skills and a strong customer orientation
