Workload: 100%As a User Adoption Intern at Axpo, you’ll be at the forefront of enhancing our central knowledge platform that plays a crucial role in managing and disseminating information across teams. Your familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite will be crucial as we work towards creating a seamless, integrated platform that is both engaging and user-friendly.If you are interested, read further:What you will do:
  • Actively participate in the construction and ongoing upkeep of our knowledge platform, utilizing your acumen with the M365 suite
  • Handle the creation and organization of content, integration of essential tools, and ensuring the usability of the platform
  • Move and connect digital content between different applications to create a well-organized knowledge system
  • Collaborate closely with various teams to grasp their knowledge needs and align the platform’s offerings to the users’ requirements
  • Review training materials for comprehensibility and aid in the creation and refinement of these materials to ensure they are user-friendly
  • Offer help with technical questions and problems related to the knowledge platform
What you bring & who you are:
  • You have a basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and are willing to deepen your knowledge in this area if required
  • Experience with Confluence is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • You are technically adept and can quickly familiarize yourself with various applications and tools
  • You are a team-oriented and communicative intern who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
  • You have a high willingness to learn, self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • You are proficient in German and English at a good level of communication in order to be able to work effectively in an international team.
