Contribute to achieving or exceeding store sales and profit targets by ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of the European Visual Merchandising direction in assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchandising Display

Cascading information from the Market VM Manager to the SM as well as store staff via trainings and meetings.Participate in team meetings and ’huddles’ to understand needs and provide feedback to the Regional VMM on store requirements.
  • Ensure stores adhere to European standards and guidelines, providing a branded shopping experience for all consumers.- Ensure all window displays are first class including outfit and positioning of mannequins, lighting, cleanliness, steaming and pricing.- Responsibility for setting up clearly separated ’shop-in-shops’ to highlight category specific presentation.- Ensure proper use and positioning of in-store communication tools.- Properly dress mannequins and place props in-store.- Apply and maintain Brand Retail and VM standards and conduct regular training on these topics for the relevant store team.- Regular reporting from stores, including monthly input into VM compliance tool including taking photos and uploading them into the system.- Weekly update of floor plan in Space Management Tool and allocation of store equipment based on movements in product display. Weekly analysis of Space Management results with the SM and drafting a joint action plan (e.g. using the "SCT" tool) .- Plan and execute marketing efforts, campaigns and activations in coordination with Marketing Department and RVMM.- Input and after consultation with RVMM & MKT team if necessary order of the Instore Communication Tools (ISC) for the respective store. Equipment control:- Return or appropriately store unused equipment such as store fixtures, mannequins, props and graphic frames.- Attentive handling of store equipment to prevent damage.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).- Fluent in written and spoken German and English.- Good communication skills
Required Education And Experience/minimum Qualifications
  • Completed training as a visual marketing designer with two years of work experience in sports and/or fashion retail.
