We’re looking for a UHNW Client Account Manager to:

  • support a team of Investment Advisors and Relationship Managers in delivering an exceptional client service and experience providing administrative and organizational support in all client related processes
  • be a point-of-entry contact for beneficial owners and their trusted advisors regarding account queries, orders, payments, stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits etc.
  • assist with and co-ordinate account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring of client activities and support with documentation for client meetings and business trips
  • research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner
  • collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements

Your team

You’ll be working in the UK International UHNW team in Zurich. We are a diverse team of senior investment professionals delivering an excellent client experience showing the best of UBS to our UHNW clients. You’ll play an important role in positioning the team as the partner of choice delivering high-quality solutions and services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve, and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

Your expertise

  • financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry
  • sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
  • a structured work style, confident working autonomously
  • comfort working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a dynamic team
  • effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
  • team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • excellent skills in English (oral and written), further languages are an asset
