FE_HQ-E123Working Student Strategy & Business Development - Part Time 40% - Winterthur, SwitzerlandJoin our Strategy & Business Development team within Flow Equipment division in Switzerland as a Working Student to help us take FE to the next level. Our Strategy & Business Development Team drives impact within Flow Equipment in different ways: From leading key strategic initiatives to enabling other business functions along this journey. We work in cross-functional settings and in close interaction with our Management.As our new Working Student you will support high-impact projects. Thereby, you will develop a deep understanding of all business aspects and quickly grow a comprehensive strategic and operational skill set in a fast-paced environment.   • You prepare and derive market and competitor analysis, by i.e. usage of an artificial intelligence supported solution
  • You support the implementation of the Division’s internal knowledge management system
  • You create and prepare presentations for top management to enhance the decision-making process
  • You support business development and strategy projects in the form of analyses and visualizations of results
What you bring to Sulzer:
  • Study field: Enrolled Master student of Business Administration/ Industrial Engineering/ Engineering (depending on previous internship experience, other majors possible)
  • Work experience: Previous Internship experience is a prerequisite, Tier 1/Tier 2 consulting or in-house consulting advantageous
  • Language skills: Very good English skills (both verbal and written) are a prerequisite, other languages, incl. German, a plus
  • Experience abroad: International experience an advantage
  • Skills: Confident handling of MS Office (esp. Excel, Power Point)
  • Way of working: Quick comprehension and comfortable with flexible changing topics
  • Personality: Enthusiasm and strong interpersonal skills, result oriented mindset, team player
