The job in a brief

As an International Airlines Flight Checker, you will closely relate to the Operations Manager. A Flight Checker ensures that the quality and quantity of meals provided are in accordance with customer requirements and that any order changes have been fulfilled.

• For each flight, go on the runway to meet with the cabin crew and to review the delivered merchandise in detail;
• Responsible for supervising and checking all food production requirements are fulfilled;
• Control conformity of final product prior to delivery;
• Coordinate with dispatchers, make last-minute arrangements to solve issues or to bring missing things;
• Inspect, Label, Close, and Seal trolleys according to all airport safety requirements;
• Ensure correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed and assigned correctly according to all customer specifications & client instructions booklets;
• Assist in the assembly line to complete flight on time, helping by providing efficient & diligent last-minute help (setting up trays, preparing and packaging food, putting the final touch to required delivery);
• Assist in inventory when needed;
• Communicate any malfunction to Operations Manager and other teams;
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, move product, equipment and supplies up to twenty-five(25) pounds.

• Experience in airline Industry is a strong advantage
