As the HR Administrator for Personal Health Care (PHC) you will have ownership of foundational HR systems delivery and central data consolidation for PHC across Europe. You will be the primary point of contact for PHC Geneva for all employee relations questions regarding employees, their line managers including LT Members.

Key accountabilities / Decision making authority

  • Employee Relations: First point of contact of the Personal Health Care organization

  • Data management & Reporting : share key insights & highlight pertinent points

  • Processes : creation, improvement, ownership & adherence of internal processes

  • Ensuring all issues are resolved quickly and in the best interests of both the employees and the Company.

With us you will be working on the following topics :

LEADING HR FOUNDATIONS

  • Workday Security Roles : HR Data Coordinator & Mobility Partner roles. Advisor to Managers.

  • Identifies customer needs, evaluates situations/issues/questions and prioritizes them to take appropriate action involving manager as appropriate.

  • Lead yearly initiatives such as CEO Awards, STAR, PIP etc.

  • Master & drive independently employee experience elements, such as employee relations, Relocation & Expats, performance management systems, rewards programs, capability building etc., to enable a performance culture, clear and effective policies, systems, and processes that support Business strategies and enable employee peak performance

ENROLLMENT, DATA MANAGEMENT & REPORTING

  • Provide regular and ad-hoc data reports with minimal number of insights

STAFFING

  • Owns Europe Personal Healthcare Distribution List
  • Owns open job posting processes and external hiring requisitions.
  • Management of the organization events, ie trainings, Universities Sessions & others capability building programs
  • Lead Cultural Activities

COMMUNICATION

  • Communicates effectively through various means (management reports, presentations, discussions) to a wide audience.

ORGANIZATIONAL PROJECTS

  • Initiates and leads projects for Geneva based organization. Is able to coordinate & influence work of project team members

STEWARDSHIP

  • Audit for Europe PHC;
  • Works closely with QA to ensure our employment practices are in compliance with Swiss Healthcare regulations

Qualifications

  • Needs to operate with a high degree of autonomy, responsibility, and discretion.
  • Ability to understand which stakeholders to involve and when to call on extra/senior resources to solve situations.
  • Quickly and proactively understand the data needs, provides efficient summaries, in order to understand and resolve organizational business issues, and influence decisions.
  • Ability to transmit knowledge and understanding to others.
  • Profound understanding and expert competencies of HR processes and policies acquired through practical experience and training.
  • Previous HR experience and desire to learn as HR to meet the business needs.
  • Very Strong in networking, collaboration, inter-personal & communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with emotional/conflict situations.
