Job Brief

Bijoux Catering is currently looking for an ambitious, career-driven and enthusiastic accountant ready to take the next step in their career and join our company at our head office in Zurich, Switzerland.

  • Bookkeeping
  • Follow-up of outstanding receivables / payables
  • Preparation and checking of all payments both for the company and their clients
  • Monthly closing of and external clients’ company
  • Financial analysis and reporting support

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • More education or experience may be preferred.
  • Special licenses or certification may be required.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
  • Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
  • Ethical behavior.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A good level of English and German
