Vacancy: Accounts Payable Specialist - Zug (f/m/x)- We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for our client, a multinational company based in Zug. For this position, the employee in question will work directly for our client. Despite the Covid-19 situation, our customer is currently looking for motivated employees (f/m/x). The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant.Your Responsibilities as Accounts Payable Specialist - Zug (f/m/x)
  • Responsible for accurate and efficient AP/AR process for various legal entities
  • Responsible for administration and processing of expense claims in Concur
  • Timely and accurate processing of invoices including correct allocation to cost centre, main account, VAT coding
  • Monitoring of past due invoices/expense claims and taking necessary actions
  • Regular review and update of invoice related master data
  • Regular review and update of posting profiles
  • Call back procedures
  • Liaising with IT Services to solve invoice related system issues
  • Be first point of contact for invoice related questions from, cost centre owners and internal and external clients
  • Preparation of various AP/AR reports for finance department
Your Qualification And Skills
  • At least 2 years of accounts payable, finance, or operations experience
  • Strong motivation for automation and process improvement
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (Swiss GAAP) and Swiss VAT
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Intermediate Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Table, Formula, etc) required
  • Good and clear communications skills, both verbal and written (English and German)
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Independent working style is a must
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization, customers, and vendors
