In this versatile position in Research & Development, you will develop the specifications for various calculations in our audiological model "EXAM" from the product requirements. These enable an optimal fitting of our hearing aids to the needs of the hearing impaired.

Your tasks
  • Developing algorithms, models and software prototypes for audiological calculations
  • Performing measurements and evaluating the results
  • Analyzing Big Data
  • Verifying the functionalities to be implemented
  • Supporting marketing with product launches and writing publications

Your profile
  • MSc or PhD degree in Science
  • First experience within the department Research & Development; e.g. dissertation
  • Experienced in modelling of complex correlations and statistical methods as well as with Matlab and object-oriented software
  • Knowledge in psycho- and electroacoustics
  • Committed, goal- and solution-oriented personality with strong communication skills and networked systems thinking
  • Fluent in English and German
