Apply as Batch Record Review Support to extend our team. You will report to the Operations Team Lead of BRR, work in close collaboration with different quality and operations functions in order to ensure cGMP-compliant manufacturing activities and documentation within IBEX™.

Key responsibilities:

  • Scan completed manufacturing reports and sort into appropriate folders

  • Maintenance and continuation of the BRR Tracker list

  • General pre-review of completed manufacturing reports to assist with BRR if needed

  • Handling with CPP forms

  • Forwarding the reviewed manufacturing reports to the Quality Assurance department

  • Ordering office supplies

Key requirements:

  • Working experiences in the fields Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Science preferred

  • Previous experience in GDP and GMP regulated pharmaceutical / API industry is an advantage

  • Ability to identify gaps from quality standards

  • Structured, precise and well-organized working attitude; open-minded for new ideas and suggestions; highly motivated and dynamic drive

  • English good command and German on a basic level are required
