BI Developer in Banking Sector 80 % - 100 % (m/f)/x - IBM CIC

Introduction
As BI developer, your main responsibility is to work with the Business and IT development teams to design and implement BI Solutions from the requirement gathering to the BI solution deployment.
You have a huge experience of BI solutions, principally on SAP Business Objects; BO Universes and BO Webi reports did not have any secrets for you. You are open minded and having already a good knowledge on Power BI.
You will have also to support Finance applications, follow the daily batches. Client oriented, you have strong communications skills to support the end-users. Experience in Private banking domain will be appreciated. You’ll gain in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environment. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer who will implement BI Solutions fromt he requirement gathering to the BI solution deployment.

Your impact:

• Work with functional teams to support requirement gathering & translate Business needs into technical specifications.
• Create and maintain BO Universes using UDT and IDT. Create BO reports and dashboard using BO Webi or Power BI.
• Manage access rights and deployment using CMC application.
• Develop/maintain database stored procedures, views.
• Define test strategy & perform/support application test phases.
• Participate actively to the support of Finance applications with follow up of daily batches.
• Resolve production incidents and user service requests within given SLA.
• Maintain documentation related to projects and incidents.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Mandatory technical skills with more than 5 years’ experience
  • BI Tools: SAP Business Objects (CMC, UDT, IDT, Webi), Microsoft SSAS, Power BI
  • Databases: Sybase IQ, Oracle
  • Langages : SQL, PL/SQL
• Experience in the banking / private banking sector is a must
• Ability to pro-actively take ownership of and resolve problems
• Ability to work constructively as part of a team to satisfy customer needs
• Excellent communication skills for daily interactions with the client and with the end users
• Fluent in French and English (written & spoken)
• Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
