Summary

Job Description

The Billing Accountant is responsible of handling all Accounts Receivable activities in EIMEA, including but not limited to customer’s invoicing and support to company’s Commercial activities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform the EIMEA Invoicing activity
• Customer’s database creation and update in Microsoft AX Dynamic ERP
• Participate to process improvements within the AR department
• Prepare accounts reconciliations and closing folders
• Book customer’s payment in Microsoft AX Dynamic ERP
• Support the accounting staff for customers and general entries
• Handle the administrative tasks within the AR department
• Provide advices to business partners and/or customers
• Maintain effective controls within the companies accounting cycles (Sarbanes-Oxley compliance)
• Interact with internal/external auditors in preparing and completing audits
• Be the primary backup for AR Specialist
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• Excellent organization skills
• Attention to details
• Effective communication skills & Team spirit
• CFC de commerce, a Maturity or a Business degree
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  

Preferred or Desired

• Accounts Receivable experience desired
• Microsoft AX Dynamic ERP and/or SOX experience a big plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in French, both written and verbal
