Your Role and Responsibilities
The IBM Client Innovation Centre (CIC) is an innovative and exciting part of IBM, working as IBM Global Business Services’ technical delivery partner. We continually innovate for our customers, employees and shareholders. Our Technical Skills range from Application Development (Java, Front End, Full Stack, DevOps), Testing Services, Technical Support through to Microsoft. In addition to our technical expertise, we can cover Delivery through Project Managers & Project Analysts, Business or Data Analysts.
In this role you will work as a Business Analyst in a global delivery project in the banking sector.

Your impact:

• Analyze, define and write specifications of functional and technical requirements
• Act as the interface between business and IT and contribute to agile development teams
• Define and propose solutions to the client stakeholders
• Gather business requirement by managing the client workshops
• Perform daily standup with the technical teams to manage the delivery and next releases
• Test the final product before SIT / UAT to minimize any comprehension gaps

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• A master’s degree in business or Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Good knowledge of software architecture on modern web application
• Strong business orientation with outstanding analytical problem-solving skills
• Capacity to quickly understand business problem statement, and business operational processes.
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in French and English (written & spoken)
• Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience of MVC framework
• Development experience in Java or Javascript
• Good knowledge on Spring and Angular framework
• Experience with BPMN solutions
