The Business Transformation (BT) unit is part of the COO organization and plays an important role in the definition of the future strategic agenda of the bank by delivering change in digital bank infrastructure topics and coordinating activities between business and IT.

As a Business Manager you develop and implement procedures to improve business operations and employee activity. You will perform a range of tasks to ensure productivity and efficiency, including implementing the business strategy, setting goals for the future, evaluating performance and supervising employees.

Furthermore, you will support the Head of Business Transformation and her management team with ad-hoc analysis and actively participate in the further development of the Business Transformation strategy.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Performing of ad hoc reports and routine business analysis and providing respective business data interpretation to make strategic business decisions in collaboration and coordination with management within BT and across the bank
  • Manage BT reporting for various stakeholder groups and decision bodies including costs, timeline, risks, issues and dependencies
  • Responsible for internal communication to stakeholders and decision bodies in alignment with the Head of BT, including the management of internal communication platforms
  • Support the development of goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
  • Ensure that BT has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
  • Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
  • Assess overall performance against objectives
  • Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related discipline
  • 3 -5 years of experience in a similar role or in business consulting, preferably in an international environment
  • Comfortable working in a high-paced environment, fully dedicated to top results
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, high attention to details without losing focus on what really matters
  • Strong problem solving and excellent communications skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and taking a hands-on approach
  • Strong people skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter and able to multi-task
  • Proficiency in English and German (oral and written) is a must, other languages would be a plus
