The Business Operations Analyst position provides day to day operational support as required cross functionally to ensure smooth business processes in Order to Cash. The Business Operations Analyst will have to maintain a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. The Business Operations Analyst will participate in process improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and deliver increased value to RL operations.

Sap Key Responsibilities
  • Ensures that inventory level of stock is aligned between WMS and SAP.
  • Provides day to day support to the team as subject matter expert in SAP OTC function i.e Idoc management, billing, etc
  • Incident management -Work as facilitator between Business and IT as a central point of resolution
  • SAP improvement - Develops test cases, test scripts, and executes business acceptance tests to ensure system modifications or new solutions meet expected requirements
  • Enhances SAP knowledge within Business Operations team
  • Develops and maintains a good understanding of Ralph Lauren business processes in assigned areas.
  • Ensures detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are developed and maintained in assigned areas according to standard templates.
  • Work closely with Business Transformation team to share, define and develop standard training procedures and documentation for assigned business process areas and leads informal and formal classroom training sessions.

Qualifications
  • 5 years’ experience with technical knowledge of OTC SAP AFS platform (Wholesale, Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Finance concepts).
  • Ability to understand and navigate in complex application environments, i.e WMS, JDA, EDI, etc
  • Proven knowledge on stock reconciliation
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to work well within cross-functional team environments.
  • Proven facilitation, communication, and presentation skills to all levels within an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, qualitative goals, and objectives.
  • Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office, especially on Excel.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory
