Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry. You start your main assignment in your business area and rotate to another department for 4-6 months so you can experience different positions, gain insight into a broad spectrum of roles, build new skills and develop crucial networks across the bank. The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. You benefit from the opportunity to seamlessly transfer to an exciting junior position after your Career Start Program.

Start date:1st of January 2023 or by arrangement
Duration: 12-18 months
Academic requirements: Recently completed bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree from a university or university of applied sciences

Your field of responsibility
You will contribute to initiatives and projects relating to the strategic, organizational, and operational development of the business with the opportunity to gradually increase responsibility while working closely with market trends. You will perform a variety of tasks in the area of project management including the preparation of meetings and subsequent follow up tasks such as the writing of minutes or monitoring of action points with opportunities to work on projects of your own interests. You will also support the Strategy and Business Initiatives team of F&P in the preparation of various presentations and analyses for senior management decision making. Responsibilities also include coordinating all kinds of requests involving the review of e.g., marketing material, regulatory impact assessments or collecting information on key business transactions. In addition, you will also collaborate with many stakeholders inside and outside of F&P allowing you to network with key partners and senior management.
