At a Glance:

As Color Coordinator, you will work in an inter-disciplinary environment at ON helping us organise our collections, as well as owning the Go To Market color process. You will evolve in a very fast moving environment where you will be involved in the full color process from creative kick off to operational implementation that bring these products to market.

Your Team:

The Product Operations team ensures that the correct stream of information flows across the product creation teams and works to streamline operations by managing calendars, building SOPs, implementing PLM, and synthesising data across many channels.

The team strives to achieve operational excellence, by using a forward-thinking attitude, dedicated information technology systems and being the point of contact for the various teams working in end-to-end product creation process. The team works with a global mindset as On’s R&D teams are located across multiple locations around the world.

Your Mission:

• You spearhead end to end color management from initial kick off to final sales color naming with cross functional teams (Design, Product Development, Product Management, Marketing, Photo Studio)
• You have a great sense of organisation and have a clear view on historical and new seasonal SKUs and support the D esign + P roduct Management teams in creating and updating the collection overviews before and after key milestone meetings
• You work closely with the CMF ( C olor M aterial F inish) team to compile all new colors that are introduced at the start of each new season that will be carried through the full year over our product range
• You support the CMF and Product Development team s with color matching comments from proto samples to sales team samples
• You s upport Product Management teams to ensure data accuracy within our internal sales facing Spotlight App (similar to collection brochure)
• You assist in our sample management process to streamline organisation before and after key milestone meetings (including meeting set up/breakdown)
• You work closely with our Photo Studio team to communicate color and product changes for any Photoshop work that is needed
• You update and maintain accurate color information in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management platform) related to Pantone colors, NRF colors, and Sales color names
• You work with the Sales team to classify seasonal colors according to NRF color standards and maintain a master file to ensure consistency and accuracy across seasons

Your Story:

• You have completed a Bachelor’s degree in a creative discipline and/or have the equivalent experience working in a sport, fashion or textile role, with a focus on project management
• You possess a keen sense of color, materials, and finishes and an awareness of color compatibility/application on different materials
• You enjoy collaborative problem solving and creating order and protocols
• You can work on several seasons simultaneously and switch easily between creative and operational functions
• You possess excellent skills in Adobe suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign
• You are proficient in Excel and quick to learn project management platforms (e.g. Asana, Trello, Miro)
• You have a strong interest for marketing and consumer insight s
• You are a h ands on t eam player with a positive mind set and enjoy working in a n international and global environment
• You thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Textile/material experience in footwear/apparel would be an asset
• Fluen cy in English, written and spoken is a must. Additional language(s) would be a plus .
