The Compensation & Benefits Manager is responsible for the local salary and bonus process in Switzerland and supports the preparation of the compensation report in close collaboration with Total Rewards. He/she is responsible for compensation packages for Top Executives in Switzerland and the maintenance of the salary bands. Furthermore, he/she manages the local employee benefits.

Your tasks

  • Successful preparation and execution of the salary and bonus review process
  • Successful completion of the appraisal process in collaboration with HR Services
  • Close cooperation with Payroll and SAP HCM Specialist for the reconciliation of processes and timelines
  • Support Total Rewards in the preparation of the Compensation Report and the subsequent proxy advisor analysis
  • Support of Total Rewards in the annual general assembly invitations
  • Handle Top Executives contracts in Switzerland
  • Consult HR BPs and Business on compensation topics
  • Support in the evaluation of new positions including compensation simulations
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the salary bands
  • Respond to requests for benchmarking
  • Support the development, implementation and administration of our local compensation and benefit initiatives
  • Responsible for the Employee Benefits in Switzerland and its further development

Your profile

  • University degree in Business Administration or comparable education and additionally further certification and/or certification related to Compensation and Benefits
  • 3-4 years of work experience in a compensation & benefits role in a complex and dynamic, corporate and international environment
  • Excellent conceptual and analytical skills and the ability to define suitable action plans
  • Proactive team player with a precise working style
  • Result and client orientation
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization with high integrity
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent MS-Office skills (especially in Excel)
  • Experience in SuccessFactors and SAP are highly preferred
