We are looking for a Compliance Monitoring Officer to join our Compliance team at our headquarters in Baar.

The Main Tasks And Responsibilities Include
  • Contribute to the delivery of the Annual Monitoring Plan by:
    • Analysing compliance sensitive transactions resulting from our data analytics programme on ERP systems and trading platforms;
    • Producing quality reviews of our marketing offices and industrial assets. This includes the following activities: plan and prepare reviews, conduct interviews and process walkthroughs with the relevant stakeholders, develop testing plans and execute fieldwork in accordance with the developed testing plans, discuss and agree review results with the relevant stakeholders, provide recommendations for remediation with regards to specific instances of non-compliance; prepare written review reports.
  • Assist with compliance risk assessment activities by keeping relevant methodology up-to-date and educate on compliance risk management concepts.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree (Accounting is a plus)
  • Four (4) or more years of experience as an Internal Auditor with strong data analysis skills
  • Good knowledge / understanding of the commodity industry and compliance risks
  • Excellent communication skills (English proficiency), in particular writing skills
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, ACL, Idea) is a plus
  • Holder of a Swiss work permit or CH / EU passport holder
