These include energy efficiency, renewable raw materials, zero-emission mobility and the conservation of finite resources.We are now seeking a highly skilled Consolidation Accountant with a deep understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in consolidation, accounting, and financial reporting, and will support the Corporate Accounting team in the preparation of accurate and timely consolidation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS regulations.Responsibilities
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS regulations
  • Coordinate with local finance teams to ensure timely submission of financial information for consolidation
  • Prepare disclosures and support the annual Financial Report preparation process
  • Collaborate with auditors to provide required information and resolve audit issues
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline consolidation processes and improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in IFRS regulations and accounting principles, and provide guidance to local finance teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or consolidation, with exposure to IFRS
  • Deep understanding of IFRS, accounting principles, and reporting requirements, with experience in consolidation accounting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Experience in working with consolidation software is a plus
