Vacancy: Controller - Zug (f/m/x)- We are looking for a Controllerfor our client, a multinational company based in Zug. For this position, the employee in question will work directly for our client. Despite the Covid-19 situation, our customer is currently looking for motivated employees (f/m/x). The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant.

Your Responsibilities as Controller - Zug (f/m/x)

  • Producing consolidated financial statements.
  • Coordinate preparation of annual accounts (drafting accounts, timetables, footnotes responsibilities, etc.).
  • Define consolidation scope, coordinate audit fees and reconciliation to management accounts.
  • Preparation of footnotes and overall consolidated annual accounts.
  • Ensures cash flow management and prepares liquidity forecasts.
  • Leads reconciliation of funding entities and grant sub ledgers.
  • Coordinates invoice and grant payment processing and ensures accrual calculation.
  • Answering questions from internal and external auditors.
  • Supporting performance reporting and liquidity planning.
  • Quarterly management reporting.
  • Serving as the linking pin between the Business Controller (planning & Performance) and the Financial Controlling team.
  • Lead and direct multiple projects, managing resources and monitoring progress on a continuous basis.

Your Qualification And Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Controlling
  • Several years of well-rounded financial controller experience in an international environment or equivalent practical experience
  • Good knowledge of IFRS and consolidation
  • Familiar with ICS
  • Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written
