We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Business Analyst to support us in the evolution of our global Salesforce platform. You will work with stakeholders & users alike to their requirements and propose solutions that best addresses their needs. The successful candidate would be skilled at operating in both longer-term strategic initiatives delivered over several iterations as well as being able to quickly respond to more immediate requirements (e.g., Complex reporting requests or declarative changes) therefore strong platform configuration knowledge is key. Together we will help build and manage a best-in-class CRM solution to meet the Private Bank’s global needs. This role will be based in London and sits within the Client Strategy and Client Analytics for the Private Bank.

You will be an individual who embodies Salesforce and all it has to offer. Someone who is inquisitive and eager to optimize the platform to support our users addressing their process inefficiencies and challenges. Using your own expertise, you will be keen to share your knowledge and teach other members of our small team as well as keen to spend time with our users to educate them about the platform.

This role would suit someone who understands the unique challenges faced by Financial Services and perceives themselves as an advanced administrated or hand-on Business Analyst who aspires to deepen their Salesforce Solution Architecture knowledge

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture requirements for business outcomes in our DevOps tooling in the form of stories which enable developers to deliver the desired Salesforce change first time
  • Undertake platform administration, complex reporting and deliver declarative change to the Salesforce platform in-line with change management processes
  • Partner with our stakeholders from all areas to design elegant and creative solution to real business problems
  • Facilitate Global Client Analytics delivery via Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce
  • Refine solutions to complex problems with our technology team to design solutions which are fit for purpose and build for scale and longevity
  • Influence the product roadmap by bringing the latest offerings and thinking, and act as an advocate of change and innovation
  • Possess an intimate understanding of the business architecture and Salesforce architecture, including the data model and integrations to assess change impact, steer design conversations and prioritization
  • Effectively manage relationships with internal Citi stakeholders, Salesforce and ecosystem partners to stay abreast of innovations and evolution of solutions
  • Respond to changing priorities and support the wider team in deepening their understanding of the Salesforce platform

Requirements and qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience of administering Salesforce and producing high-grade analytics from the platform itself
  • Experience operating within an Agile delivery methodology
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud is a plus
  • Experience designing, developing and implementing Salesforce platforms spanning multiple clouds, ideally within Financial Services, Consulting or similar.
  • Good competency with agile/scrum development methodologies, experience in creating designs and working collaboratively with the technical team and broad sets of stakeholders, effectively communicating best solutions in governance forums
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects and teams in dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizations skills: ability to accomplish multiple tasks with efficiency through prioritization, project management qualification is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information and drive results with a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and interpersonal skills
  • Proven analytical, critical thinking, and conceptual skills. Financial acumen is a plus
  • Must be comfortable operating with ambiguity at times and working in a large, global, complex organization

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
